The 2014 Macan will come with different engines: a hybrid 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbo engine rated at 241 HP, a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine rated at 333-350 HP, a 2.0-liter turbo 190 HP diesel engine is also being mentioned and an S variant 3.6-liter V6 engine rated at 295 HP. We also expect to see the standard 7-speed manual transmission alongside an optional automatic seven-speed, twin-clutch PDK transmission, a launch control and carbon ceramic disc brakes.

What we know for now is that the 2014 Porsche Macan is schedule for production in 2013. 2014 Porsche Macan release date in U.S. is expected to be in early 2014. Although there are speculations here and there, Porsche has not released the 2014 Porsche Macan price, we believe it will considerably be more than the $36,000 – $44,000 price of the Audi Q5.
