2013 Nissan Juke

Production of the Nissan Juke started some few years ago, but it has succeeded in carving a niche for itself. The quirky little, innovative crossover is difficult to ignore; it always stand out whenever it goes! The vehicle is coming in its third year as the 2013 Nissan Juke. It will continue with its bold styling and high performance level, and also make use of technology commonly used by premium vehicles.

The Nissan Juke 2013 sits on the tested and trusted Nissan’s global B-platform. The interior is fun, exciting and aggressively bold with features like a wide dash, leather seats, bolstered front seats, Rear-View Monitor, Key with Push Button Ignition, Navigation System with Real-Time Traffic Information and a high-gloss painted centre console. Juke 2013 uses an innovative Integrated Control (I-CON) system to control its automatic A/C, it has a high steering response, CVT transmission, adjustable throttle and three-mode drive selector: Normal, Sport and Eco. Passenger and cargo hauling flexibility is also possible with the flat load floor and the fold-down split bench seat. Six air bags, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Electronic Stability system, Traction Control and Anti-lock Braking System are some of the safety features that will come with this vehicle.

2013 Juke Engine 

Nissan Juke 2013 model is powered by a standard Direct Injection Gasoline 1.6-litre Turbo 4-cylinder engine with 16-valve DOHC alloy that delivers 188 horsepower and 177 LB/FT of torque. An advanced torque vectoring AWD system is also available. It splits torque between the front wheel and rear wheel, and can also split from one side to the other across its rear axle. When negotiate a bend on the road, this system helps by improving the cornering feel in the vehicle and reducing the under steer. With its dynamic performance, high end features and unique styling with froglike appearance, the 2013 Juke model is up there with the best in its segment. So, we were surprised when we learnt that when it hit dealership this September, a new, special Midnight Edition package will also be available, adding finesse to the already well-designed vehicle.

2013 Nissan Juke Changes

According to the vice president and general manager, Nissan Division, Nissan North America, Inc., the 2013 Nissan Juke Redesign Midnight Edition is known for its black-black-black exterior refinement; black rear roof spoiler, black mirror caps, and black 17-inch wheels. The new styling will make it look even bolder and more aggressive!

Different accessories groupings are found in the 2013 Nissan Juke Redesign with a Midnight Edition package, depending on the trim level. There is a rear-view camera on the SV model’s Navigation package, Revised Rockford Fosgate ecoPUNCH audio system is standard on SL models and also included in SV Navigation Package.  Three revised exterior colour selections: Atomic Gold, Brilliant Silver and Pearl White are also available on the package.

Pricing information for the 2013 Nissan Juke has not been released. Last year, the base S model started at $20,770. With the addition of the new Midnight Edition package, we expect an upward creep in price. According to Nissan, the package will cost $1,200; this represents a $500 reduction in price of the items if they were purchased separately.
