There have been some talks that the trusted, high-performing Type R may not be released again as the 2013 Honda Civic in Europe. Lately, information we got proved that Civic 2013 will definitely be the new type R. Big changes are in store for North American models as well.
There are many changes that are expected from this 2013 Civic. The most obvious modifications will the exterior. There is a big wing fitted over the rear window, the exhaust pipes are bigger. The new version will have a deep front spoiler, sportier seats and a new rear bumper with diffuser.
For those waiting for the 2013 Honda Civic release date, get set. Although we do not know when it will be released, but when it does, it will not be the ordinary, everyday civic we have seen. The huge wing on the rear is a clear giveaway. The wheel arches will come out slightly wider and bigger, and there will also be a small boot lid spoiler.
2013 Honda Civic Type-R- European Model
It has been widely reported that the Civic 2013 R model will target the orientated customers. In other word, what this means is that the Honda car will come out with an improved chassis and the car handling will be better than ever before. We are expecting a high-revving VTEC engine that can give up to 220-230 HP. As small as the car is, it offers enough room even for an adult to seat at the rear; the engine will give you performance if that is what you want. The 2013 Honda Civic is designed with customers’ comfort at heart, but the fuel consumption and noise level are suffering equally, and the car will not be cheap at all. Honda civic type R is almost similar to North American Honda civic Si
2013 Honda Civic North America
The other North American models will boast 1.5L, 1.8L and 2.4L, 4 cylinder engine. However, there will be another model that will be powered by 3.5-liter V6 engine that will offer 310-hp and 265 lb-ft of torque. These new cars are designed to be fuel efficient by 10% compare earlier models. The 2013 Civic Si model would boast dual-overhead-cam 2.4-liter that will deliver 201 hp and 170 lb of torque
Like the previous edition, the new 2013 Honda Civic R-type will still have the high-performing 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that will deliver total performance to the front wheel, and we expect a six-speed manual transmission. We are also looking forward to seeing a five-door body and not the smaller three-door we have seen in earlier versions of the car.
The spoiler, the firm springs and dampers, differentiates the 2013 Civic Type-R from the American version, stock Civic. The hot-hatch car sector is really getting more saturated now, and very soon enough, if you can afford it, you will have more choice to choose from.
Bottom line
The new civic will be thrown in the mix. The hot-hatch that has been a mainstay of the Civic for generations will still be present in the Honda Civic 2013! The 2013 Honda Civic Price is not yet known, but when the car comes out, it will not be cheap at all. It is would be estimated that price range would be in between $17,200-$28,100, But, whatever the price, it will be fair enough. The sheer power, impeccable handling and the beauty, will worth every penny!

Slow the attention of how the car looks and make it more comfortable for passengers such as comfortable seats with a power drivers seat as an option and less road noise.
